For all types of machines, all types of threads, and any length of nozzles. |

When the shut off nozzle is collapsed (See #1 Nozzle) the channels for the plastic come in to contact with each other from the shut off body and the shut off nozzle (See #2 channels). When backing away the spring will dislocate the nozzle and body material channels (see springs) and will shut off. |

Can be operated mechanically or on injection pressure. Has a life expectancy twice that of anything comparable on the market. |
INJECTION MOLDING SCREWS:
The contact area with the injection ring is large and will insure long life expectancy. The exit slots are cut in the same direction as the reciprocation rotation. This improves the reciprocation and will not break up the fibers and destroy the strength of the product like ordinary tips. |

The exit channels are in the opposite direction of the reciprocating rotation therefore it has an extensive mixing effect in the front. |

The exit channels are large and have a negative angle toward the front. High wear and good reciprocation is the end result.
